Returns:  Big Sky Country Quilts (BSCQ) guarantees 100% satisfaction.  If you feel that an order or part of an order is unsatisfactory and desire to make a return, you are allowed up to two (2) days from receiving the order.  The item(s) returned will be credited, excluding all shipping costs and a 25% restocking fee.  Customer must contact BSCQ before returning item(s).  The item(s) must be in the same condition as when they were mailed to customer.  If a return order is lost or damaged, BSCQ will not be held accountable.

Privacy:  Any information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will never be sold or disclosed to anyone.

Lay-A-Way Program:  We are offering a 3-month Lay-A-Way.  See details below:

• Minimum orders of $75 in merchandise
• 1/3 deposit payment at time of initial order
• Second and third payments will be due on the 1st of the 2nd and third months
• Shipping costs will be payable at initial order
• Merchandise will be shipped after the final payment
• Once an order is placed on this plan, it cannot be changed or cancelled
• All deposits are non-refundable, non-returnable
• Your Lay-A-Way program will be cancelled and merchandise returned to stock for any unpaid payments
• Customer must validate credit card, billing address, email address and phone number at initial order
