To receive a refund, you must insure your return order, and the item(s) must be returned in the same original condition. If a return order is lost or damaged, Big Sky Country Quilts will not be held accountable. Upon receiving the returned item(s) and after examination, a refund will be sent.
Montana has no sales tax, and we do not charge for shipping & handling costs within the U.S.A.
